Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident when you book with Vetri Marg. This policy explains when you can cancel a service and how refunds are handled. It applies to all services purchased through our website.
1. Overview
Our services are personalised and human-delivered. Because work often begins soon after booking, eligibility for a refund depends on whether work has started and on the type of service. We review every request fairly and in good faith.
2. Cancellations
- Before work begins: You may cancel a booking before our team has started working on your request and receive a full refund.
- Scheduled sessions (e.g. mock interviews, counselling): You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You cancelled within the windows described above.
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same booking.
- We are unable to deliver the service you paid for.
4. Non-refundable situations
- Work or a deliverable has already been substantially completed or delivered.
- A scheduled session was attended, or missed without timely notice ("no-show").
- Requests based solely on the outcome of your job search, since we do not guarantee specific results.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at vetrimargtechnologies@gmail.com with your name, the email used to book, your order ID, and the reason for the request. Please reach out within 7 days of your purchase so we can help quickly.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 3–5 business days; depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
